You must find and identify the challenging goals from your deeper self. It will put your brain in to exercise and with more use the bigger the vision and purpose to pursue.

• See and Believe in Your Success The Purpose of this is to give you the sense of ownership if your goals and results. It will help you to stay motivated and focus. If you can see in your mind what is at the other end of your goal setting success road you absolutely follow you plan until you get to your results.

Remember that you will make mistakes in the process and that is ok that is part of the learning curve. I call it gaining experience and it will put you back on track. But if you are not making any that means that you are not progressing at the paste you could. Also you are not progressing at all it could be because your goals have not been defined as clearly as you might thought.
