Some of them can be very cleverly disguised behind a hyped up sales letter and fake testimonials. Always make sure that something you are getting into (especially work from home opportunities) is realistic sounding. Don’t fall for the “Get rich overnight!” schemes that are out there, if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.
